Even though there is a very slim chance that you would want to return our products we still offer exchanges on a few conditions mentioned down below.
1. Receiving the wrong item:
If you receive the wrong article, you can exchange it.
Conditions
- Send us a picture on our Instagram account as soon as the item(s) is received and state your actual order.
- Ship it back to us within 4-7 working days.
- It will be exchanged (during any of this if you use any foul language the customer care representative holds the right to cancel your exchange)
2. Ring size is not right:
If the ring size is different from what you ordered, we can exchange it.
Conditions
- You inform us on our Instagram account right away and attach an image.
- Ship the item back to us within 4-7 working days (unused, unwashed, with all the packaging intact)
- If that is all in order, we will process the exchange.
- It will be exchanged (during any of this if you use any foul language the customer care representative holds the right to cancel your exchange)
3. Receiving a faulty product:
We offer an immediate exchange on it.
Conditions
- You inform us on our Send us a picture on our Instagram account as soon as it is received.
- Exchange will be processed on our expenses. You can keep that product.
